Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for HR team members while establishing external contacts and managing job fair documentation. Administer employee benefits by responding to unemployment claims, attending hearings, and auditing provider reports. Support new hire orientation programs, cross-training initiatives, and ongoing training to ensure staff receive appropriate onboarding and skill development. Maintain effective employee communication channels, review progressive discipline documentation, and utilize an open-door policy for timely issue resolution. Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and operating procedures by maintaining secure employee files, managing drug testing processes, and overseeing workers compensation claims.
