Mgr-Housekeeping

Direct daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, verifying guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. Complete inspections, hold staff accountable for corrective actions, and ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Verify guest room status communicated to Front Desk, obtain lists of rooms to be cleaned or prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments, and inventory stock to verify adequate supplies. Supervise daily operations, manage staffing levels, train new room attendants, schedule employees, and verify compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures. Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints, participate in departmental meetings, and implement corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
