Mgr-Housekeeping

Direct daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, verifying guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. Inspect guestrooms daily, manage room status communications with Front Desk, and oversee inventory to ensure adequate supplies. Supervise staff training, schedule employees, track attendance, and enforce policies while maintaining the operating budget. Handle guest complaints, respond to service issues, and implement corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction. Participate in departmental meetings to communicate goals and address employee feedback.
