Job Summary
Mgr-Guest Services I serves as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing all property operations and guest relations. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding guest services teams, managing day-to-day front desk operations, resolving guest issues, ensuring exceptional service, implementing policies and programs (customer recognition/service), and assisting in budgeting and payroll. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, and experience in hospitality or related fields. Education options include a high school diploma or GED with work experience or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major. Location: Marriott property in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia; role is in-person front desk operations with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
