Job Summary

Assists Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff across Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk. Directs and collaborates with managers to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, exceptional guest service, and achievement of front office financial objectives. Responsible for day-to-day operations, staffing supervision, handling guest complaints, coaching and developing employees, maintaining service standards, and communicating service expectations. Focuses on delivering outstanding guest relations, implementing front desk policies, and supporting ongoing department goals and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
