Job Summary

Mgr-Food & Beverage II oversees all food and beverage operations (culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service) and is responsible for guest and employee satisfaction, standards adherence, and achieving financial goals. Develops and manages budgets and cost control; leads and coaches the Food & Beverage team; ensures exceptional customer service and execution of the brand’s service culture; conducts performance reviews and HR activities such as talent development and training; maintains compliance with related laws and regulations and drives continuous improvement across departments. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate across culinary, service, and administrative functions to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in related field; 4 years experience OR 2-year degree with 2 years experience in food & beverage/related area.
