Job Summary
Lead and manage Wet/Bevel/Cu Plate equipment engineering team at Fab16 in Taichung, Taiwan. Drive uptime, defect reduction, cost savings, and productivity improvement. Own equipment KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, defectivity) and ensure targets are met through systematic monitoring and action tracking. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities and suppliers/vendors to resolve equipment issues and drive sustainable solutions. Support new technology and product transfers (NPI/TD), including tool readiness, qualification, and ramp-up. Lead troubleshooting of critical tool issues and drive root cause analysis with effective corrective and preventive actions. Manage team development, including coaching, performance management, and capability building of engineers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Align team execution with fab priorities, capacity planning, and business commitments.
