Job Summary
Guide local equipment owners through the installation and qualification of Diffusion tools, ensuring flawless performance. Partner with Process Engineering, Operations, and IE teams to develop and execute strategic plans for area improvements while analyzing data to determine cost reduction activities. Lead projects to ensure deliverables are met within scope, schedule, and budget, maintaining strict adherence to safety policies and training requirements. This role integrates AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in diffusion/implant equipment /processes within the semiconductor industry
- Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to determine and implement effective process improvements
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related area
- Extensive experience with DIF/IMP processes
- Proven track record of spearheading cost-cutting efforts in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with advanced SPC techniques and process controls
- Strong track record of leading teams to achieve world-class operational performance
