Job Summary
Oversee the management, administration, and strategy of Epic applications while leading a team responsible for software installations, upgrades, configuration, and performance management. Assess issue scope and impact, evaluate alternative courses of action using business criteria, and make or escalate decisions to drive initiatives with internal and external leaders. Recruit, engage, and develop assigned staff to ensure obligations are met and continuous improvement is identified. Requires five years of Epic functionality experience plus two years in leadership, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and current or lapsed Epic Certification. Day shift, 40 weekly hours, MO-remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
- Five years' experience in Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions
- Two years' in demonstrated progressive leadership
- Epic Certification or Accreditation, current or lapsed, is required
- Must be able to lift 0-25 lbs
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
- Must be able to use vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more)
- Must be able to identify and distinguish colors
- Must be able to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Must be able to use hearing and speech to share information through oral communication
- Must be able to use a keyboard for data entry
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip
- Must be able to climb occasionally
