Mgr Elec Operations

Manager of Electric Operations provides planning, direction, regulatory compliance and oversight to assure completion of field construction, maintenance, service and emergency work to Electric Transmission and Distribution facilities; leads teams, interfaces with government officials and industry peers; drives multi-location projects, safety, and adherence to manuals and standards; oversees a technical/unified workforce including unionized personnel, leads regional restoration efforts during storms, and participates in on-call rotation; responsible for incident command during storms, safety investigations, and compliance with MIOSHA, OSHA, and DOT standards; builds relationships and delivers on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement while managing budgets and metrics; mentors supervisors and manages a staff of managers handling time sheets, apprenticeship programs, HSE training, and resource allocation.
