Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to develop predictive and prescriptive models across Harley-Davidson; frame data problems, guide project execution from data acquisition to deployment, and communicate insights to senior leadership; build models for customer journey outcomes (lead conversion, purchases, churn, lifetime value), forecast sales drivers, optimize dealer sales, and improve pricing and performance; require Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline; 8 years of experience; proficiency in Python, R, Azure, Spark; strong statistics and machine-learning background; data visualization and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
