Job Summary
Manager, Commercialization responsible for leading the execution of commercialization initiatives across new products, product changes, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless launch execution, alignment, and delivery against business objectives. Drives speed-to-market and end-to-end lifecycle management from concept to commercialization; manages timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions; coordinates stage-gate processes; owns finished good specifications; tracks KPIs; leads cross-functional teams (Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Planning, Operations, Procurement, Quality); provides leadership to Commercialization Analysts; supports annual operating plan goals; travel ~20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercialization, project management, operations, or related function
- Experience in a cross-functional environment, preferably within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to identify issues, assess risk, and develop effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); project management tools experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
