Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team to govern customer and commercial master data, drive data accuracy and governance across ERP and connected systems, standardize and automate master data processes, enable digital and scalable operations across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Shared Services to improve end-to-end processes and billing reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years in commercial operations, customer service, master data, or related business functions
- Experience working with ERP systems and digital tools in a complex environment
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of master data management and commercial processes
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, EDI, and Microsoft tools; experience with analytics and automation tools is an asset
