MGR BRANCH LEVEL 1

Oversee branch operations and staff to drive sales, profitability, and growth. Lead an operations team to achieve revenue and profit goals, ensure compliance with safety and security policies, manage purchasing, invoicing, and cash handling, and maintain accurate records. Drive continuous improvement through audits, CRM entry, staffing oversight, training, and performance management, while maintaining strong customer relationships, executing monthly checklists, and ensuring safety and operational standards are met. Requires proven leadership, exceptional communication, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of P&L, inventory control, and warehouse operations. HVAC knowledge and experience in an HVAC wholesale environment are strongly preferred. High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is strongly preferred. 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role is expected.
