Mgr-Banquets

Direct and motivate the banquet team while personally assisting in high-quality service delivery based on established standards. Monitor financial and administrative responsibilities, including asset protection, inventory management, and liquor cost control through beverage records. Manage departmental supply needs, schedule staff to forecast service standards, and act as a liaison to kitchen staff. Conduct monthly team meetings, review guest feedback and complaint resolutions, and implement corrective action plans to improve service performance. Ensure all employees adhere to sanitation levels, safety procedures, and company policies while fostering lasting relationships with groups to drive business growth.
