Job Summary
Senior Accounting Manager for the COE to own close processes and centralized accounting across multiple entities, ensuring US GAAP compliance, standardized processes, and internal controls. Lead a high-performing COE team, collaborate with regional teams and external providers, drive KPI reporting, intercompany settlements, asset accounting lifecycle, SOX/audit responses, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly closes, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, P&L reviews with FP&A, asset accounting per policy, cross-entity reporting, and coordinating with foreign subsidiaries; requires leadership, governance, and scalability to support global operations. Preferred CPA and SAP ERP experience; strong communication and project-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the accounting field
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Proven people-management experience
- Experience supporting multi-entity accounting in a global organization
- Ability to operate across geographies and manage priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a continuous-improvement mindset
- English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- University degree in accounting
