Job Summary
Lead day-to-day business office operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting; supervise and support the Front Desk team to ensure a welcoming resident and visitor experience; partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community goals and operational success; build positive relationships with residents and families while assisting with questions and concerns; manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy; continuously look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies.Requirements include strong accounting, bookkeeping, or business office management experience; experience in a senior living community is a plus; ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; leadership or supervisory experience; excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills; service-minded and resident-focused.
