Job Summary
The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to process components in the production line, ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and operate basic machinery, while adhering to internal quality systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or GED required
- Must be able to read and write English
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Manual dexterity and ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically
- Available to work overtime as required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
- Previous mechanical or other manufacturing experience
- Autoclave and/or Sandblast experience
- Experience with measuring equipment
- Ability to read part drawings (flag notes, dimensions, tolerances)
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision
