MFG Specialist 1 (Night Shift) - Olney, IL

Set up weaving machines for correct wire fabric height and thread wire ends. Retrieve specific gauge and finish raw material with a forklift, then start, stop, and monitor multiple weaving machines. Correct minor issues like tangles and misweaves, reporting major problems to the supervisor or maintenance. Perform visual inspections on finished and in-process material for quality defects, monitor roll length counters, and remove woven wire from take-up rolls. Drive a forklift to move wire to the staging area as needed. Operate moderately complex equipment in continuous manufacturing of strand wire into woven chain link fence during the 2nd shift (3:30pm–2am, Mon–Thu).
