Mfg Program Manager

Lead cross-functional project teams through the entire product launch lifecycle, managing launch plans, pilot builds, and open-issue resolutions from initiation to mass production. Accountable for executing manufacturing projects on schedule while overseeing complex project transfers and transitions aligned with strategic business objectives. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and manufacturing risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. Provide stakeholders and executive leadership with clear, data-driven visibility into project status, milestones, and health metrics. Requires PMP certification, fluent Mandarin and English skills, and experience managing global new product development.
