Job Summary
Lead and execute implementations of integrated strategies, processes, and systems to increase workplace productivity and engagement. Attract, retain, engage and develop a leadership team to meet current and future business needs. Drive higher levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and production processes. Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate performance to maintain and improve Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Demonstrate and embody the 7 Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
