Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities across maintenance, operations, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient plant performance. Lead teams in executing tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining and improving Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) metrics aligned with the Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership embodying the 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
