Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities across maintenance, operations, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient plant performance. Ensure all tasks performed by associates are executed safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve performance in Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) while advancing the Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership embodying the 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
