Job Summary
Mfg Lead responsible for directing production associates to meet targets with quality and efficiency; lead daily team meetings, monitor production performance, report issues, support new product introductions, ensure equipment maintenance, coach and onboard staff, maintain 5S and safety standards, and collaborate across production areas while supporting shifts and leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Good understanding of production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements.
- Able to investigate production or quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Good reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to calculate takt time, manpower, and production line balancing requirements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of manual dexterity and hands-on ability.
- High school education or above preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to perform manual handling tasks when required.
- Able to speak Chinese is a plus.
- Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs is a plus.
- English as working language is a must.
