MFG LAB TECH LEAD- 1st shift

Lead the department when the Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring efficient operations and meeting all goals and objectives. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance across Safety, Quality, Reliability, and the Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership embodying the 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System Principles while modeling core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. This 1st shift role requires a candidate with relevant manufacturing experience to oversee daily activities and uphold operational standards.
