Job Summary
Manufacturing Inventory & Logistics Operator responsible for material movements and accurate inventory management across manufacturing sites. Performs ERP-driven material provisioning (raw materials and WIP), processes purchase orders, conducts inventory cycle counts, monitors discrepancies, analyzes shelf-utilization in Power Pick Global/KARDEX Remstar, coordinates with Receiving and Purchasing to resolve PO inventory issues, and supports lean manufacturing through 5S and Kaizen activities. Uses forklifts and other material-handling equipment (forklift, powered pallet jack, hand truck, box truck) and adheres to ISO, OSHA, and environmental safety standards while participating in continuous improvement projects and ensuring accurate inventory for annual counts and production needs. Shift: 10-hour, Wednesday–Saturday, with flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience preferred and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years experiences using computer based material management and proven proficiency with MRP systems
- Knowledge in ERP systems like MS Dynamics AX, KARDEX and Power Pick Global
- Experience operating forklifts, powered pallet jacks, hand trucks, and box trucks
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA Powered Industrial Truck certification or ability to obtain certification
- DOT certified or ability to obtain current DOT certification
