Job Summary
Develop and improve industrial manufacturing methods by evaluating product designs, materials, and fabrication processes against quality standards. Analyze workforce utilization and space requirements to design efficient equipment layouts and workflows. Determine necessary parts, tools, and processes to meet production goals while estimating staffing needs and costs for management decisions. Communicate production schedules and capabilities to facilitate operations and confer with vendors on specifications and procurement. Evaluate products against established specifications and standards. Requires an Associate's degree in engineering with 2-4 years of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Up to 25% travel likely.
