Job Summary
Manage day-to-day production operations by mixing ingredients, cutting, and staging goods to fulfill daily production targets. Transport raw materials from storage to production departments and handle finished goods, ensuring safe movement within the commissary facility. Execute picking, loading, and unloading activities to ensure shipments are released in a timely manner, while completing required documentation for each load. Adhere strictly to GMP regulations, HACCP standards, and food safety protocols, including wearing all required PPE and maintaining a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Must be able to operate pallet-wrapping machines
- Must have a solid attendance record
- Food Handlers Certification
- Forklift Certification
- Must show a calm and professional demeanor while working on a forklift
- Must possess strong interpersonal and motivational capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Must have decision making abilities
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet all necessary deadlines
- Must understand all safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods
- Be able to pass a standard drug test and qualify as being drug free under the legal and medical guidelines permitted by the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988
- Must be able to lift to 10 Lbs. (Continuously)
- Must be able to lift to 30 Lbs. (Frequently) and exert force up to 40 Lbs. (Occasionally)

- Wear all equipment safety PPE as per company's policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with facility and department safety rules, HACCP, SSOP's & GMP's according to Company's Food Safety guidelines
- Adhere to all local and state health and sanitation laws and regulations
