Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator II in sterile injectable manufacturing, focusing on GMP compliance, aseptic proficiency, and technical execution with documentation accuracy. Role may focus on Injectables (Sterile Filling/Bulking) or Bulking (Polymer) or both, and includes mentoring junior staff, maintaining clean room standards, troubleshooting equipment, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. Strong emphasis on cGMP knowledge, aseptic technique, batch-record documentation, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and MFG leadership. Requires ability to perform in a clean room environment, follow PPE protocols, and operate production equipment with attention to detail; includes training and development for advancement and performance metrics around accuracy, reliability, and process improvement. Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus STEMBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with relevant manufacturing experience; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- STEM Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Non-STEM degree and 1 or more years of technical/manufacturing experience
- Technical Associate’s Degree and 2 or more years of technical/manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 or more years of technical/manufacturing experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred; Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt acceptable in lieu of one year of experience
