Maintain and repair mezzanine structures, including steel beams, platforms, and walkways, ensuring all components meet safety standards. Perform routine inspections, tighten fasteners, replace damaged parts, and conduct structural assessments to prevent failures. Respond to emergency requests for immediate repairs and coordinate with engineering teams for complex modifications. Work full-time hours with occasional weekend availability for critical projects.
