Job Summary
Mezzanine Generalist responsible for monitoring the warehouse automation computer system to detect faults, resolving faults by removing jammed pallets from automated conveyor lines and re-palletizing problem cases onto new pallets, and assisting the Sanitation department with cleaning debris and spills resulting from faults. Performs other duties as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
