Job Summary
Manage load boards daily by building loads, scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, and closing out loads to ensure execution accuracy. Obtain pickup and delivery appointments while minimizing transit time, and deliver timely communication with carrier reps and customer contacts regarding rescheduling, delays, and tracking updates. Execute border documentation processes, transloading, and CCP regulations for Mexico, while analyzing market updates and lane history to maximize profitability. Accept EDI tenders, navigate claims processes, and collaborate with BD and carrier counterparts to resolve issues and provide best-in-class service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred
- Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting
- Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal & written
- Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence
