Conduct customer interactions in the self-service area, managing client flow and applying the attention model to both clients and non-clients. Identify operation types, profile customers, and determine if tasks should be derived to alternative channels like Supermóvil, Santander Web, Superlinea, ATMs, or tellers. Ensure clients possess necessary keys for digital operations and actively promote adoption of these self-service alternatives by providing personalized support and clarifying doubts. Advise on digital channel registration, notification updates, and ATM functionalities to enhance the customer experience and reduce branch wait times. Based in Plaza Ixtapaluca, this role supports Santander's digital transformation within Retail & Commercial Banking, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and POS system management to drive digital engagement.
