Job Summary
Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and control throughout the facility, including electrical and physical instruments. Coordinate with outside vendors for calibration shipping, interpret blueprints and red-line modifications, and assist management in developing Standard Operating Procedures and work-related systems. Present productivity, cost savings, and safety improvement ideas while supporting all facility projects. Requires 6+ years of instrumentation calibration and repair experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role. This position is based in the US and does not offer sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of instrumentation calibration and repair experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Lift up to 60 pounds
- Climb stairs and ladders
- Wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to goggles, gloves, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or other GMP related industry
- 2+ years of trade school or technical schooling
- Documentation experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience interpreting drawings and schematics
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Root Cause Analysis, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, Minitab, and/or Jump
