Job Summary
District Sales Manager leads 5+ retail locations and 30+ employees, recruiting, training, coaching, and developing top talent; delivers results across locations, serves as a role model for store managers, represents the company to internal and external partners, and maintains product expertise and merchandising standards. The role requires building high-performing sales teams, leading by example, scheduling to meet business needs, maintaining knowledge of the competitive landscape, driving customer service excellence, maintaining asset protection, and communicating management directives throughout the organization. The position involves travel within the territory up to 75% and offers bonuses, health benefits, PTO, 401k, and additional perks.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have a valid drivers license
