Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- At least ten years of strong operating management experience in the consulting engineering environment
- Demonstrated experience in professional services business development and growth
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing projects and operating units
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning for projects and operating units
- Excellent people skills and ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Possess personal integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission
- Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment while driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
