Metodtekniker needed to implement a surface-finishing method as an alternative to traditional chemical surface treatment. The role focuses on qualifying the method and product in close collaboration with supplier, operators, and other Method Technicians/Owners and production engineers to establish a stable, quality-assured process. Responsibilities include sourcing equipment, developing tools and accessories, further developing the method with the supplier to enable processing of more material types and product sizes, setting up workplace design, establishing instructions and procedures, training and certifying operators, and operating the process when required. Opportunities exist to expand the role into a combined Method Owner position and to shape the role as the method evolves. Fluency in Swedish and English is required for a global environment.
