Job Summary
Collaborate with industrial architects and product design teams to develop reviews integrating "Design to Manufacture" and "Design to Cost" concepts. Create new manufacturing and testing methods for product lines, monitor first assemblies to integrate feedback, and define production tools and resources required for industrialization. Manage medium-sized projects for setting up machines, oversee estimates for production resources, and take charge of recurring and non-recurring realization costs for quotations. Participate in validation and evaluation of production equipment through FAT and SAT visits to ensure customer requirements are met. Train and transfer machine and product knowledge to production line methodists and operators while managing project activities in compliance with milestones, costs, and deadlines. Fluency in French is required, with English knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment
