Job Summary
Metering Technician responsible for installing, maintaining and commissioning electricity metering systems (Whole Current and Low Voltage Current Transformer metering) in domestic, commercial and industrial environments, including installation and problem-solving of communications equipment, stakeholder communication, and completion of documentation while adhering to safety and environmental procedures; requires Cert III in Electrotechnology and NSW driver’s licence with WH&S induction. Field-based role based in Silverwater or Banksmeadow with vehicle provided; permanent full-time with rostered day off fortnights and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III in Electrotechnology
- Class C New South Wales Driver’s Licence
- WH&S Work Cover – general induction
