Job Summary
Perform power meter installations, ONT equipment setups, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with OSHA, FCC, and company safety protocols. Reconnect equipment, verify power readings within specifications, and escalate unresolved customer issues to supervisors. Clean installation sites of debris and maintain the company vehicle according to policy. Interact professionally with the public in a customer service environment under close supervision. This entry-level position includes provided training, a company vehicle, and tools, with a standard schedule from 9:00 pm to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
