Meter Reader - Mill Park

Drive to an allocated route and autonomously walk from property to property, reading and recording utility consumption numbers in an electronic hand-held device. Plan and organize your work day and routes, ensuring efficiency targets are met while accurately reading meters in a timely, safe manner. Upload or download route information to/from the hand-held computer and report to the office as required. Communicate regularly with the office support team and publicly represent Service Stream and our clients in a professional manner. This physically demanding role involves extensive walking, bending, and squatting in most weather conditions, requiring a good fitness level and a reliable motor vehicle. Available Mon-Fri for 30-38 hours per week, this casual position offers hourly base pay plus super, with uniform, PPE, and on-the-job training provided.
