Job Summary
Conduct routine, metallurgical, mechanical, failure, and corrosion testing at site or in the laboratory. Perform hardness testing, sample preparation, and report writing while executing micro and macro examinations. Coordinate with team members to execute work according to the planning schedule and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 requirements. This role supports Element's global network of scientists and engineers in providing advanced materials testing services to ensure product safety and quality.
Required Qualifications

- Any candidate must be lawfully eligible to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
- Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience working in a laboratory in the field of metallurgy testing
- Good knowledge on international standards and codes
- Excellent report writing skill
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated team playing with excellent organisational and communication skills
