Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, inspection, and testing of mechanical systems including doors, automatic doors, windows, and sun protection installations. Perform systematic fault analysis, damage localization, and professional repairs while continuously optimizing components for efficient, disturbance-free operation. Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and service providers, maintaining a professional presence during organized call rotations. Execute all tasks within a fixed schedule from 06:45 to 15:15 Monday through Friday, with no travel or mounting duties required.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Metallbauer, Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
