Job Summary
Install metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling systems per plans and specifications while maintaining production pace and quality workmanship. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project documents to direct layout and installation. Lead, manage, and develop field crews on commercial job sites by planning daily and weekly work to meet project schedules and production goals. Train and mentor journeyman and apprentice-level team members while enforcing safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment. Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of interior and exterior metal stud framing
- Strong experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, and ACT
- Ability to read plans and manage layout independently
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel as required
- Employment contingent upon passing Drug Test
- Employment contingent upon passing Physical
- Employment contingent upon passing E-Verify
