Job Summary
Conduct hands-on work in the metal recycling business, including operating heavy equipment and performing tasks requiring mechanical aptitude. Travel to various locations in Texas and Oklahoma during training, with relocation required afterward. Work Monday through Saturday with overtime eligibility, earning an entry-level hourly wage paid weekly. Complete training at M. Lipsitz & Co., Ltd., a family-owned company established in 1895, while developing skills in a challenging career path.
Required Qualifications
- Training in Waco
- Relocation to a location in Texas or Oklahoma after training
- Flexibility to travel and work at other locations in Texas or Oklahoma during training
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to perform hands on work
- Monday through Saturday schedule
- Overtime eligibility while in training
