Job Summary
Unload customers, process, package, and bale materials according to specifications, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Inspect equipment, check fluid levels, and keep machinery in proper working condition while reporting maintenance issues promptly. Accurately complete required documentation, including maintenance logs and call or incident logs. Provide exceptional customer service through clear, professional communication and treat all individuals with courtesy and respect. Follow all company safety policies, report accidents immediately, and participate in required OSHA-related training. Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to safely enter and exit equipment
- Ability to operate equipment and basic office machinery
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
