Job Summary
Senior Deburrer and finisher on 2nd shift in Elma, NY. Responsible for deburring operations using hand tools and equipment (e.g., sand/bead blasters, manual press, ultrasonic cleaning tanks, tumblers) to ensure machined parts meet quality standards. Tasks include inspecting components with gauges and microscopes, maintaining production paperwork and TPM records, mentoring junior staff, supporting process improvement initiatives, and providing equipment maintenance and training to teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deburring operations with increasing responsibility
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of gauges, micrometers, and microscopes
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing or machining preferred
