Job Summary
Metal Plater / Line Operator in Minnesota with 1st shift (5:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Thu; OT as needed). Training provided in plating processes, metals, and chemical properties. Perform plating operations per specifications, set up and monitor plating lines and chemical baths, process parts for required durations, inspect parts for thickness and quality, verify correct racking, operate plating tanks and rinse systems, complete paperwork accurately, follow safety procedures and use PPE, report issues, maintain a clean workspace, and work independently to meet production goals. Requirements include 0-2 years plating/manufacturing experience, ability to follow directions, attention to detail, basic math and measuring skills, comfort with rulers/tape measures and digital systems, teamwork, safety/quality mindset, and US work authorization; forklift experience and industry certifications (CEF/NASF) are a plus. The role is based in Minneapolis, MN with relocation plans required if not currently in MN; in-person interviews only.
