Metal Forming Operators

Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture components safely and efficiently. Perform routine quality checks, adjust settings to maintain specifications, and inspect finished products while documenting results. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate complex problems as needed. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to repetitively lift 25 pounds, wear PPE, and work collaboratively. Experience in manufacturing is beneficial, along with mechanical aptitude. Rotating day/afternoon and steady midnight shifts are available with premiums up to 15%. Overtime may be required.
