Job Summary
Perform Tig and/or Mig welding on stainless steel and other metal materials according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures. Inspect welded joints for quality and adherence to safety standards, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve fabrication issues. This role supports Eagle Group's manufacturing of commercial foodservice equipment and material handling systems in Clayton, Delaware.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Tig and/or Mig welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of welding safety standards and practices
- Experience working with stainless steel materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tig and Mig welding
